GRIEVANCE: that the Member (D Payne) was given an unfounded Disciplinary Action based on not passing the PAT test accdording to the standards established by the Administration
REMEDY SOUGHT: removal of the Written Warning of Corrective Action from the employee's record
ADMIN: opines that the action is within their scope of authority and that no grievance exists
STATUS: Settled. Admin withdrew the written disciplinary action and instead used a written notice of verbal counseling. Payne agrees that this is satisfactory.
