This past quarter, FD Admin released a new Sick Leave abuse policy that stated if you exceeded 5 unexcused sick leave absences in a year, your pay would be docked.  

At the urging of our membership, we have sought a legal opinion of the issue.  The Opinion comes from the Vaughan and Friedmann law firm and is included in an attachment below.

Local #35:  Still Homeless since June of 2004.

We were meeting at FOP Lodge.  Effective June 2013, we ceased doing this and now meet at Central Fire Station.  We have imposed on our Police cousins for too long.
