A fire helmet belonging to Dan Dellorto disappeared while at an incident.  Admin is docking his pay to cover the cost of replacing the helmet.

Dellorto maintains that since past incidents of lost or damaged equipment have occurred in which the members responsible were NOT made to pay for the damage, he is being disciplined too harshly.  Dellorto is asking for a lower level of discipline that is more consistent with the infraction.
